Ini bakery and coffee nyempil di tengah2 ruko dan mostly gak kelihatan ?, becos ketutupan tembok gitu. Dan gue penasaran so gue mampir.
Disini jual aneka pastry, bread, mini cakes and mini dessert box, selain itu mereka ada jual minuman kekinian juga coffee or non coffee
Yang gue icipin untuk pastrynya itu yang chicken pastry and pineapple pastry. Untuk breadnya gue cicipin serikaya, mocha segitiga, durian, banana combi. Terus minumannya butter and crunch.
Untuk pastrynya sih layernya oke, yang chicken pie enak , rasa daging ayamnya mantap. Untuk bread nya gue suka yg mocha segitiganya, the taste of jadoel kena banget. Tapi tekstur rotinya wuih parah empuk banget ?, walau uda gue simpen 3 hr di rumah. Dia tetep empukk. Endeush parah.
Dan untuk minumannya yang butter and crunch menurut gue okay aja. Dia pake susu dan regal. Dengan aroma butterscotch.
Tapi kalo kesini sih wajib banget icipin rotinya. Sumpah enak ?.

Hidden place in West Jakarta.
This bakery and coffee is located in the middle of the shop houses and mostly invisible ?, because the walls are closed. And I'm curious so I stopped by.
Here, they sell various pastries, breads, mini cakes and mini dessert boxes, besides that they sell contemporary drinks as well as coffee or non coffee
What I like for the pastry are chicken pastry and pineapple pastry. For the bread I tasted Serikaya, triangle mocha, durian, banana combi. Continue to drink butter and crunch.
For the pastry, the layer is okay, the chicken pie is delicious, the taste of the chicken is great. For the bread I like the mocha triangle, the taste of jadoel really hits. But the texture of the bread is awful, really soft ?, even though I have spent 3 days at home. He's still soft. Severe endeush.
And for the butter and crunch drinks, I think it's okay. He uses milk and regal. With a butterscotch scent.
But if you come here, you really have to taste the bread. I swear delicious ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah beli varian kuenya rasanya oke. Kali ini cobain rotinya. Ga sengaja nemu di ojol pas lagi cari bakery.
Buat rotinya semua empuk enak ga lengket pas digigit. Adonannya ngembang manisnya juga pas. Roti tawar gandumnya beda sama roti gandum laennya. Ini lebih empuk n ga terlalu berasa seret pas dimakan.
Kalo roti satuannya sayabga coba semua tapi yg abon hot boleh dibeli lagi. Selain empuk lembut uda pasti enak. Ada taburan kejunya yg makin gurih. Abonnya rada pedes ya.
Roti taronya juga enak filling taromya banyak n lumer2. Kalo favorit nyokap yaitu roti kelapanya. Katanya dari keap asli. Wangi n banyak isinny. Dibandingkan roti durennya fillingnya kurang banyak, kurang wangi durian juga.
Kalo order ini lagi pasti se roti abon hot, roti ubi n kelapa ga bole ketinggalan.
Ooya untuk dessert boxnya saya beli yg tiramisu (30k). Ukurannya imut. Rasanya enak tp kayak bukan dessert box ya. Kue bolu dikasi krim tiramisu. Tapi intiny se enak. Mungkin karena ukurannya kecil kalo dibikin lebih besar jadi lebih mirip dessert box kali yak wkwk.

Make the bread all soft and delicious not sticky when you bite it. The dough rises, the sweetness is just right. Wheat bread is different from other wheat bread. It's more tender and doesn't feel too sticky when you eat it.
I can't try all the individual buns, but the hot shredded one can be bought again. Besides being soft and tender, it's definitely delicious. There is a sprinkling of cheese that is more savory. The abon is a bit spicy.
The taro bread is also delicious, the tarom filling is plentiful and melted. My mother's favorite is the coconut bread. He said from the original keap. Fragrant n lots of contents. Compared to durian bread, the filling is less, the durian smells less too.
If you order this again, you can't miss hot shredded bread, sweet potato bread and coconut.
Oh yeah, for the dessert box, I bought the tiramisu (30k). The size is cute. It tastes good, but it's not like a dessert box. Sponge cake topped with tiramisu cream. But basically it's delicious. Maybe it's because it's small, if you make it bigger, it's more like a dessert box.
