This store is my alternative option for you when doubt to buy online what the product ori or not. And of course easy access to this store cause there is public transportation to this store

First, they are not accepting all debit card, only the one they have the EDC machine.
Second, they asked me if i want to buy screen protector yet they can't put it to the phone, and make it worst. Makes me wait almost a half and hour to wait them fix their own problems.
Xiaomi management please fix this problem. Please educate the store staffs

It should be noted that the product warranty is software only. Physical not. Stores offer separate protection for a price that doesn't seem cheap. A trade tactic I think. The ratio between prospective buyers and shop assistants who can be questioned is very unbalanced. We had to wait a long time before we got our turn to be served. Shop assostants looks tired and unfriendly.
