★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya oke bgt… dari masuk gerbang diantar security sampai parkiran antrian service.. masuk keruangan disambut mas bayu yg pelayanannya ramah sekali, jelasinnya detail… untuk hasil servicenya memuaskan, after service mobil dicuci, saya pernah service di wuling lain habis service tidak dicuci… (sebut saja wuling tangerang) ???
Ohiyah tambahannya untuk area bermain anak, request mainannya diadakan kembali yah karna saya akan repeat service disini ??

 The service is really good... from entering the gate, escorted by security to the parking lot, the service queue... entering the room was greeted by Mas Bayu whose service was very friendly, he explained in detail... for the service results were satisfactory, after service the car was washed, I've had service in another Wuling after the service was not washed... ( call it wuling tangerang)
Oh, the addition is for the children's play area, request for toys to be held again, because I will repeat service here ??

Awalnya di bulan Mei saya terus ditagih untuk melakukan pelunasan dengan janji unit mobil akan ready di awal bulan juni. setelah saya melakukan pelunasan, status pemesanan informasinya masih dapat di awal juni. Sampai sy dikirim video bahwa unit sudah dikirim ke dealer. saya tunggu 3 minggu, mobil tidak dikirm juga. informasi dari sales dan spv nya simpang siur. ga punya SOP yang jelas. Saya sudah hubungi salesnya dan spv nya langsung ya. intinya pelayanan dealer wuling ciputat MENGECEWAKAN. Tolong dibina sales2 dan tim nya agar lebih kompeten. ga mungkin kan custumer yang mesti ngajarin.

Sorry, the sales and supervisor service is really bad. Initially in May I was constantly billed to pay off with the promise that the car unit would be ready in early June. After I made a payment, the order status information was still available in early June. Until I was sent a video that the unit has been sent to the dealer. I waited 3 weeks, the car was not sent either. the information from the sales and the spv is confusing. do not have a clear SOP. I have contacted the sales and the spv directly. the bottom line is the service of the wuling ciputat dealer is DISAPPOINTING. Please foster sales2 and their team to be more competent. it's impossible for the customer to teach.
