★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop are ready whenever you need assistance to repair your car. Huge service bay and cozy waiting room (with fast Wi-Fi!) reassures about its service quality. The staff gives comprehensive explanation about car repair process, but not much explanation about expenses for given services and parts. Your car will be washed afterwards, though.

1. Good and excellent service, fair price,
2. Fast response and good in job repair descriptions from the service consultant,
3. Clean workshop.
Unpleasant point in this workshop;
1. Smells cigarette in the waiting room, the chair, the sitting table, unhygienic
2. The beverages in the waiting room unattractive and the appliance like cups, plate and spoon looks dirty,
3. The hallway to front desk and toilet so dark, smells and dirty, like abandoned buildings.
Overall the excellent service is not accommodated well with the workshop environment. The workshop look so bad compare to the other brands like Toy**a, Ni**an, Ma**a, and Ho**a.
Please be more concern about the workshop and the workshop environment to makes customers comfortable when visiting the workshop to repair their cars. Despite this workshop is the only one from Citra Asri Buana in this neighborhood.
