kemarin waktu perpanjang member dari bulan september ke oktober , saya bayar tanggal 26 , di hitungnya 29 hari (terlampir di foto a) jadi saya bayar tanggal 26 september 21 ( tanda panah ) dihitung dari tanggal tanggal 25 sd 25 okt (tanda kotak merah) , katanya karena tanggal 25 nya datang dan berenang , oh ya bulan september hari nya sd tanggal 30
waktu saya mau perpanjang member dari oktober ke november , dan di tanggal 25 saya tidak berenang , beda lagi aturannya (terlampir di foto b), lha kenapa jadi 25 lagi , kata ibu yang supervisor keuangan kalau nggak salah , bilang itu 30 hari , coba aja hitung katanya , iya karena oktober tanggalnya sd tanggal 31
ok kalau 30 hari harusnya bulan lalu yang nota a saya harusnya 26 sehingga ketika saya perpanjang di tanggal 27 , 30 harinya tanggal 26
Btw , apabila nanti saya perpanjang , dari tanggal 26 november ke december , harusnya tanggal 26 12 , namun saya berkeyakinan , jatuhnya nanti 25 12 dengan berbagai macam alasan , misal salah satunya tanggal 25 kan bapak berenang , lha kan memang sampai tanggal 25 invoicenya , lha kan hak saya untuk berenang di tanggal 25 tanpa harus bayar lagi
Saran saya , seharusnya service kepada pelanggan di kedepankan , termasuk urusan bayar membayar ini
Sebelum pelanggan membayar , tolong di pastikan di invoice tertulis berlaku dari tanggal berapa sampa berapa , dan itu di komunikasikan
Kedua , adanya satu kata antara satu orang dengan orang lain , jangan berbeda beda , pak alfian nya sudah setuju dengan di buat tanggal 26 sd 26 , namun ibu siapa gitu , tidak setuju jadi invoice nya dibuat seperti gambar b , nah peraturan yang baku harus dibicarakan , masak sekelas wtc , sop nya berbeda beda
