★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. The workers just want to chat and play on their phones. They have no experience and need the customer to tell them how to do things. No way to give back feedback at the store. Avoid at all costs.

I've try several other places in jakarta but this place is totally a nightmare for me.
They didn't clean my eyebrow before and there is no anti inflammation cream after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The greeter were quite cold, no smile. For the first time I experienced having two therapists handling my half-leg waxing treatment, they didn't say anything too when they entered the roon. So I clearly told them in the beginning "please dont wax it at the same time (referring to my left and leg right)", but guess what they didn't care until I can't handle it anymore, I screamed and told them more loudly "don't do it at the same time". No apology. Even at the end, there's no info post-waxing care like how other waxing stores are doing. Poor service, poor skills. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried several waxing salons in Jakarta and WL Waxing at Lotte Shopping Avenue is still on top of the list. It's the most affordable and the cleanest result. Will totally recommend it to anyone.
