★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to find great places with middle and hight price and luxury goods this place is the right answer. Really complete tenants, easy to access and with great service. For food and beverage from Europe, Chinese, Japan, Korean, Italian, Javanese, sundas with cozy places make you forget bout the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice huge mall with one big dept store concept, still have some individual stores, middle upscale brands available but not the top luxurious.... Big hallways not to crowded. Parking lots always available...multiple level parking building and basement levels.
Some nice eateries chains also available, upscale supermarket for your groceries needs also here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located strategically near many business sites, apartments and offices in South Jakarta. Considered middle class mall. You can find fast clothing brand like Zara, H&M, Uniqlo etc, but no high end designer such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Chanel, Prada, Fendi, Bvulgary etc.
I visit this mall mostly to shop grocery at Ranch Market in the lower ground and Ace Hardware. If you consider to come/ be picked up by gojek please use only the back lobby near Kuningan, in front of Circle K, because the Avenue lobby is only accessible by car.

You can reach this place with cheap public transportation such as busway and subway/MRT. Another good things, at night you can enjoy walking along the Satrio street and around so exotic and romantic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quiet like this mal bcos often there is no crowd here except there is kind of fest or event. They provide many popular and prestigious tenants but unfortunately in pandemic just few tenants in the foodcourt opened. Several times there is bazaar in LG floor and worth to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's one of my favorite malls in nearby areas, with spacious parking space and stores, nice designs, nice toilets, great selection of restaurants. The downsides are some toilet amenities and tiles are broken, not too many brands are found here, some tenants are closed due to pandemic, and broken parking light indicators.
