★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kebersihan dan keamanan sangat sangat terjaga. Penjaga kosnya baik banget. Buat yg suka ketenangan, saran saya bisa di lantai 2 atau lantai 3 aja. Tersedia lemari, tempat tidur, AC, kamar mandi dalam plus shower, dan tempat parkir luas.
Minus dari kos-kosan ini adalah tidak tersedia fasilitas di kamar mandi seperti ember dan gayung, dan juga tidak tersedia meja dan kursi di kamar. Sehingga sangat merepotkan untuk yang mau ngekos cuma bbrapa bulan. Toiletnya masih toilet jongkok.
Cleanliness and security are very, very well maintained. The boarding house guard is really kind. For those who like peace, my advice can be on the 2nd or 3rd floor. There is a wardrobe, bed, air conditioning, private bathroom plus shower, and a large parking area.
The minus of this boarding house is that there are no facilities in the bathroom such as buckets and scoops, and there are also no tables and chairs in the room. So it is very troublesome for those who want to spend only a few months. The toilet is still a squat toilet.
