★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ngekost disini hampir 3 bulan. kostannya tenang, penghuninya gak rusuh. setiap hari ada yg ambil sampah, jadi sampah tidak menumpuk. ada cuci gosok, sudah include listrik dan air. kamar mandinya di dalam. kalau ac nya gak dingin tinggal minta di cuci, udah di bayar kok sama yg punya kost. rekomended untuk yg kerja dekat2 kramat sentiong. minus nya cuma, kadang airnya suka gak deres. gak deres loh, bukan gak keluar. tapi overall bagus banget. btw kamarnya ac yah, jadi pasti dingin.
 I stayed here for almost 3 months. the boarding house is calm, the occupants are not riotous. Every day someone takes the trash, so the trash doesn't pile up. there is washing rub, already includes electricity and water. the bathroom is inside. if the air conditioner is not cold, just ask to wash it, already paid for the same as the one who has a boarding house. recommended for those who work close to the Sentiong area. the only minus is, sometimes the water doesn't like rushing. it doesn't rush, it doesn't come out. but overall really good. btw the room is ac, so it must be cold.

The rooms are many, the environment is full of people selling -- what do you want-- unfortunately the parking space is limited

- Berada di tengah kota
- Dekat halte Transjakarta, 5 menit jalan kaki ke Halte Gang Sentiong
- Ga pusing soal makan. Ada pasar di seberang kos, warteg di sebelah, dan kalau malam yg dagang banyak bingit
- Gas dan air minum gratis. Jd tinggal bawa wajan atau panci
- Ada kulkas dan ruang TV bersama
- Parkir kendraan luas dan aman
- Ada lift
- Listrik untuk lampu dan AC serta air keran bebas 24 jam
- Laundry gratis 1 baju per hari
Minus
- Harga relatif mahal. Kamar dengan balkon 2,1. Tambah 500k kalau berdua. (harga per Agustus 2020).
- Jaringan WiFi sangat mengecewakan dan tak bisa diharapkan
- Harus bayar biaya tambahan untuk barang elektronik seperti rice cooker
- AC ga terlalu dingin (cuma stgh PK dan unit lama) dengan ruangan seperti tipe studio.
- Kasur ukuran kecil kalau untuk berdua. Kalau pakai tambahan kasur, bayar sekitar 300k.

- In the middle of town
- Near the Transjakarta bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the Gang Sentiong bus stop
- Don't bother about eating. There is a market across from the boarding house, a warteg next door, and a lot of trading nights are tight
- Free gas and drinking water. So just bring a frying pan or pan
- There is a shared refrigerator and TV room
- Large and safe vehicle parking
- There's an elevator
- Electricity for lights and air conditioning as well as 24 hours free tap water
- Free laundry for 1 shirt per day
Minus
- The price is relatively expensive. Room with balcony 2,1. Add 500k for two. (price per August 2020).
- WiFi network is very disappointing and can not be expected
- Must pay additional fees for electronic items such as rice cookers
- The air conditioner is not too cold (only PK and old units) with a room like a studio type.
- Small mattress for two. If you use an extra mattress, pay around 300k.
