★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pesan di traveloka, tulisan nya kamar belum full lalu saya bayar lah melalui atm dan mendapat balasan email bahwa pesanan sudah terbayar dan sudah terkonfirmasi. Saat saya sampai di tempat ini pukul 12 malam, petugas hotel bapak² yang jaga hotel bilang ke kita bahwa hotel sudah penuh dan dengan serangkaian alasan yang dia lontarkan, sampai akhirnya saya menunggu di depan resepsionist sampai pagi untuk menunggu kejelasan uang saya. Karna di aplikasi tulisannya tdk bisa refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar kotor, sprei dan sarung bantal blum di ganti bekas pakai pengunjung lain, banyak rambut, toilet kotor banyak puntung roko di saluran air, lemari berdebu dan laci banyak abu rokok, air kecil dan AC tidak dingin.
The rooms are dirty, the sheets and pillowcases have not been replaced by other visitors, lots of hair, dirty toilets, lots of cigarette butts in the drains, dusty cupboards and drawers with lots of cigarette ash, small water and not cold AC.
