★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok lah for one or two nights spend. Near IPB campus, mini market and food culinary. Lil bit noisy coz next to main road. No service at all but the frontdesk are helpfull. For that cost its quite worth and clean enough. Some Bed probably need to be fix. Not really convinience but my sons bed was good enough
