The place is a bit inside, so it's rather difficult to dinotice people when passing :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ok, jd mau cerita ini tempatnya emng kya di foto, tp dibalik itu semua kondisi lain spt air, dll i think parah. lampu mati, beli sendiri, batere ac abis, beli sendiri, pricy , air nya sering bgt kotor, kuning, dan gampang kek lumut tapi kuning gtu. pengap bcs ventilasi jendela ga teratur ( hadap ke bangunan, bkan hadap ke luar) kamar mandi sering bau kya got gtu, dri pipa pembuangannya. klo misal ada yg bilang mesin cuci bersama,its not .. tp itu buat penjaga ngelaundry. i think u pay a lot money, but u wont deserve that. tp enaknya dibawah ada kantin ( wlaupun jrng buka) ada musola, dan keliatan bersih & mewah
ok, so if you want this story, the place is in the photo, but behind that are all other conditions like water, etc. i think it's bad. the lights go out, buy it yourself, ac battery, buy it yourself, pricy, the water is often dirty, yellow, and easy to moss but yellow. stuffy window vents are not regular (facing the building, not facing outside) the bathroom often smells like the sewer, the drain pipe. If for example someone says the washing machine together, its not ... but that is for the keeper of the laundry. i think u pay a lot of money, but u wont deserve that. the delicious tavern under there is a canteen (even though it is open) there is a mola, and it looks clean & luxurious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di wisma kencana khususnya Kencana 3 Lantai 2 untuk kost putra, dan di lantai 1 nya untuk putri..
Selain itu kencana 1 dan kencana 2 untuk putri.
Kesan selama menjaga kost disini 1th 2bln, mahasiswa nya ramah dan baik2 walaupun hanya beberapa yg bertemu secara langsung, yg lainnya hanya melalui hp saja..
In shaa Allah disini selalu terjaga Kebersihannya.
At Wisma Kencana, especially Kencana 3, 2nd floor for the male boarding house, and on the 1st floor for the daughter..
In addition, the 1st and 2nd crowns are for women.
The impression while keeping the boarding house here is 1 year 2 months, the students are friendly and nice even though only a few meet in person, the others are only through cellphones..
In shaa Allah, the cleanliness here is always maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarak dengan kampus sangat deket sekitar 2 menit sampai. Furnitur dan fasilitas kostan rapi dan bersih terdapat kantin dibawah dan ada layanan laundry juga yang murah. Kekurangannya ada di kamar yang cukup sempit, kamar mandinya sangat sempit, ventilasi udara tidak ada (kamar saya waktu itu letaknya dipojokan), airnya kadang menghitam dan harganya cukup mahal. Untuk value for money saya rasa kurang worth it.
The distance to the campus is very close, about 2 minutes. The furniture and boarding facilities are neat and clean, there is a canteen below and there is also a cheap laundry service. The drawbacks are that the rooms are quite narrow, the bathroom is very narrow, there is no air ventilation (my room at that time was in a corner), the water sometimes blackens and the price is quite expensive. For value for money, I don't think it's worth it.
