★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (+) Kosan paling bagus di kalimongso, deket kampus, deket fotocopy, makanan, fasilitas bagus, kasur nyaman, ac dingin, bantal guling enak, wifi lumayan kenceng.
(-) mahal, kamar mandi gak ada ventilasi, kamar juga gak ada ventilasi ke luar cuma ke dalem kosan lagi jadinya sumpek. Air kadang bau. Kamar mandi cepet lumutan dan harus dibersiin rajin karena lembab.
(+) The best empty in Kalimongso, near campus, near photocopies, food, good facilities, comfortable mattresses, cold air conditioning, good bolster pillows, pretty fast wifi.

Wisma Kencana the place is comfortable and quiet
It's good for studying. It was 3 years ago, the water wasn't good, but now it's clean
There is a boarding house guard on standby too
It's recommended for students and students of the STAND QUESTION DKT BNGT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wisma Kencana dekat dengan kampus STAN , Fasilitas kamar terdapat Kasur + Bantal dan Bantal Guling, AC, Lemari, Kamar mandi pakai shower dan wc duduk.
Menyediakan juga kamar Double bed dengan Fasilitas yg sama.
Dan Kamar yg menggunakan Kipas Angin, di dalam kamar ada Meja Belajar, Kursi, Kasur + Bantal dan Bantal Guling & Lemari.
Di Kost ini juga terdapat Musholla yg luas.
Wisma Kencana is close to the STAN campus, room facilities include mattresses + pillows and bolster pillows, air conditioning, wardrobes, bathrooms with showers and sitting toilets.
Also provides double bed rooms with the same facilities.
And a room that uses a fan, in the room there is a Study Table, Chair, Mattress + Pillow and Bolster Pillow & Wardrobe.
In this boarding house there is also a large prayer room.
