Sejak dibangun pada 17 Maret 2016 lalu, proyek Rumah Susun Kemayoran yang nantinya digunakan sebagai wisma atlet untuk sementara waktu, terus menunjukkan progres positif.
Dibangun di atas lahan seluas 10,6 hektar, wisma atlet ini nantinya menjadi tempat tinggal sementara bagi atlet dan official Asian Games 2018.
KompasProperti berkesempatan melongok langsung progres pembangunan wisma atlet yang dirancang memiliki sepuluh tower ini, Rabu (19/7/2017).
Dari pantauan, sejumlah pekerja nampak masih menggarap sisi bangunan yang belum rampung, baik di luar maupun di dalam.
Menurut Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Penyediaan Perumahan Kementerian PUPR Syarif Burhanuddin, sejauh ini perkembangan pembangunan fisik telah mencapai 95,67 persen. Ditargetkan pembangunan fisik itu akan rampung sesuai jadwal pada Agustus 2017.
