★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wah payah nih RS, hari Kamis, daftar buat dokter mata, katanya prakték hari Sabtu jam 11, didatangi hari Sabtu, ternyata dokternya tidak prakték, katanya ada halangan.
Kenapa tidak diinformasikan di jaman sudah modern ini, léwat telepon, SMS, WA, kalau dokter tidak prakték hari itu !!!
Betul2 sangat mengecèwakan.
Selain itu, juga datangnya dokter sering sekali terlambat lebih dari, 1/2 jam dan pernah sampai ber jam2, tanpa infornasi.
Sistim antar apotek, dokter, fasilitas pemeriksaan, seperti MRI, XRay, sudah bagus, terintegrasi.
Sistim daftar, masih banyak pakai formulir yang mesti diisi manual, mestinya tinggal dibuatkan formulirnya dan data sudah dicetak, tinggal tanda tangan.
