★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sangat parah. Kalo ada pilihan merek lain lebih baik pilih yang lain saja. Dehydrator saya baru jg beli 3 bulan, rusak, minta panggil teknisi berminggu2 dijanjiij doank tapi ga pernah dateng.PARAH!!!!!
Customer service is very severe. If there is a choice of other brands better choose another one. I just bought a dehydrator for 3 months, it is broken, I have to call a technician for weeks, promised to doan but it never arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang sekali customer service tidak cepat tanggap..Mesin baru beli 2 bulan udah rusak, panggil teknisi sangat lama baru bisa datang untuk perbaikkan.. ga sampai 1 tahun kemudian, udah rusak lagi bagian lainnya..
sama lagi masalahnya, CS super slow response.. hari Kamis tlp, untuk di cek kan jadwal saja makan waktu 4 hari -_- baru cek jadwal loh, untuk di set up jadwal perlu beberapa hari lagi hahah
Too bad the customer service is not responsive ... The machine just bought for 2 months is already broken, it took a very long time to call a technician and could come to repair it ... not until 1 year later, the other part was broken again
The same is the problem, CS is super slow response ... on Thursday tlp, just to check the schedule takes 4 days -_- just check the schedule, to set up the schedule takes a few more days hahah

Jangan tertipu dengan harga murah tp qualitas sangat buruk! Lebih baik cari yang sedikit mahal tp berqualitas! Sangat tidak saya rekomendasikan!
The ice cube machine I just bought for 2 months is already broken, try to contact the cso, no one ever picks up. I want to sell the machine at a drop price.
Don't be fooled by the low price but the quality is very bad! It's better to look for something a little expensive but quality! I really don't recommend it!
