β β β β β Udh lama saya percaya dengan hippo dr powerbank ,kabel data,charger dan produk lain nya dr hippo saya mulai pakai produk hippo tahun 2015 ,tapi gara2 waktu itu saya beli online powerbank hippo elite 20000mah ,baru sehari saya test pengecasan di hp saya dengan baterai 4000mah dan hp saya dalam keadaan saya matikan dan di cass di awal 20% ,tapi cuma mampu ngcas 2x ,aturan kalau powerbank hippo elite ini real 20000mah seharus nya pengecasan itu 4 sampe 5x (tergantung kondisi). Dan saya klaim untuk di gantikan ke yang baru tapi di tolak dengan alasan NORMAL ,ya jelas lah kelihatan normal orang ngtest di sana cuma sebentar ,dari situ saya gak akan pake produk hippo ,sudah kapok. Karyawan2 nya pun gak ada sopan2 nya.
I have believed in Hippo from Powerbank for a long time, data cables, chargers and other products from Hippo I started using Hippo products in 2015, but because at that time I bought a Hippo Elite 20000mah power bank, just one day I tested charging my cellphone with a 4000mAh battery and my cellphone is in a state when I turn it off and charge it at the initial 20%, but it can only charge 2x, the rules are that if this hippo elite powerbank is real 20000mah, it should charge 4 to 5 times (depending on conditions). And I claimed to be replaced with a new one but it was rejected with NORMAL reasons, yes it seems normal that people test there for only a short time, from there I will not use Hippo products, I've given up. Even the employees are not polite.
