★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company that specializes in good forwarding service trying to incorporate digitalization into their system. Sounds good, looks legit, unfortunately has deeply immature IT infrastructure system within their application, yet still being rolled out and used massively in their service. Use barcode system like Fedex, DHL, UPS, but DO NOT work as intended.
Phone customer service team has poor understanding of product, and always give out “textbook” reply when asked. Couldn’t even provide clear explanation of how insurance cost are calculated. Offline customer service whom I dealt with couldn’t make decision on the spot and has to “consult with management” all the time. Reply time is exceptionally slow and lacking experience in handling matters, beware this is what you’d get from a young startup company.
Traumatic experience using their service, lost my goods due to their team internal issues, and only compensated 1/5th of the item price, which they called “sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban”. Took months for them to come up with this unsatisfactory reply, and every time it’s us who has to follow up on them. Your staff and actions reflect your company, and this is highly unprofessional mr. gus.
Pricewise, import from china, definitely NOT the cheapest, especially if you add insurance cost into it. Compare with Ninja Direct, this company carries heftier price tag with less than mediocre service. For folks who intend to purchase item from china and 1. has no clue where to look OR 2. do not want to spend extra time looking around, this company offers service to help with the purchase. Word of caution, they charge A LOT on the currency exchange rate.
Do note that depending on the item you plan to import, they will choose route that is legal (through custom) or one that is unofficial (do not go through custom). The latter route was where my item got lost (so as they say), and there weren’t any information passed on to us regarding this before delivery. For items that are expensive and small in dimension, it’s better to use air freight from reputable logistic service such as DHL etc. It’s guaranteed to be faster, safer, and cheaper with insurance.
Careful of their intense marketing campaign, they DON’T deliver as advertised.
