★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have my 1st birthday event ever in here back in 1997. It was considered fancy by my family. As time goes by and things started to take off to the better. Almost everytime I visit PIM, I stop by to Wendys PIM 1 just for nostalgia sake??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice experience but need some improvements, especially for the service. Is it hard to smile? Make your customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Overall, the food was good but only here because of promos. There are many seats and power sockets, and the place was clean. This fast-food restaurant is not too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite is the baked potato with broccoli. It feels healthy (although I am sure that it is not) and it tastes great. The burgers is great, even if they are crazy expensive for Indonesian fast food standards.
