 Good food, comfortable place, just happens when there is a cheap promo jadi increase the service and promos too onya

β β β β β Salah satu chain fast food favorit, paling suka wafelnya. Mau yang butter & maple syrup atau yang waffle pake es krim, semuanya enak dan rasa ya sama dari sejak jaman ku masih SD. Nyobain Hot Chocolate-nya dan surprisingly enak banget ternyata!. Must try!.
One of my favorite fast food chains, I like the waffles the most. Whether it's butter & maple syrup or waffle with ice cream, everything is delicious and tastes the same since I was in elementary school. Tried the Hot Chocolate and surprisingly it turned out really good!. Must try!.

Untuk eskrimnya dapat sangat banyak. Enak ?
Pelayanan ramah. Namun perlu di tingkatnya cara penyampaian informasi ke customer agar lbh baik
Namun blm siap untuk tempat antrian . Masih sangat kacau saat ramai.
Perlu lebih banyak promosi lagi sepertinya untuk menu menu barunya.

Pertama kali nyoba AW, enak ice creamnya cuma RB foat ko rasanya rada aneh kaya minum minyak kayu putih,,
The location is for hanging out
The first time I tried it, the ice cream was just RB foat, it felt rather strange like drinking eucalyptus oil ,,

β β β β β Kecewaa! Saya pesan makanan via grab, saya sengaja pesan banyak supaya bisa pakai voucher (kan ada minimal pembelian). Tapi sesudah order dibuat ternyata yg saya pesan banyak yang kosong (KALAU KOSONG HARUSNYA DI APPS DI UPDATE DONG!!), salah satunya yg kosong sundae oreo (oreonya ga ada). Saya sudah bilang biarkan saja tetap sundae oreo, tapi gak usah pakai topping. Eh malah sang mbak ngide di-adjust jadi sundae biasa. Alhasil kurang 500 rupiah untuk ke minimal discount, dan saya harus bayar full tanpa voucher. Selisih bayarnya lumayan banyak seharga 1 paket makanan. Mau complain via telepon, berkali-kali tidak diangkat. Sangat mengecewakan deh. Mana makanan lama banget datangnya. GA AKAN PERNAH PESAN DI A&W PONDOK INDAH LAGI :)
Disappointed! I ordered food via grab, I purposely ordered a lot so I could use the voucher (there is a minimum purchase). But after the order was made it turned out that many of the ones I ordered were empty (IF EMPTY SHOULD BE IN THE APPS IN UPDATE DONG!!), one of which was empty oreo sundaes (there were no oreos). I told you to just leave the Oreo sundae alone, but you don't have to use toppings. Eh, even Ms. Ngide wants to adjust it to a regular sundae. As a result, less than 500 rupiah for the minimum discount, and I have to pay in full without a voucher. The difference in paying is quite a lot for 1 food package. Want to complain via telephone, many times not picked up. It's very disappointing. Where did the food take so long to arrive? WILL NEVER ORDER AT A&W PONDOK INDAH AGAIN :)
