★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayannya masih memandang status org. Dikira orang model kaya sya gak bisa beli kali. Ketus banget. Melihat pelayanan itu jd urung mau nyoba produk tersebut.
The waiter still looks at the status of the org. I thought that a rich model could not buy times. Very curt. Seeing the service, I couldn't try the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak ramah sekali SA nya. Saya pengguna SK-II tapi memang saya selama ini beli di sociolla karena saya tinggal tidak di jkt. Ke counter maksudnya mau cek umur kulit wajah saya, tapi boro-boro, dilayani dengan senyum saja tidak.
Pas saya bilang saya udah beli di sociolla langsung dijawab "gatau tuh kalau di sociolla".
Kayaknya ga mungkin deh SA nya gatau kalau SK-II juga masukin di sociolla :') mbaknya udh gamau ngelayanin lagi karena tau saya ga bakal beli. Padahal liat di web atau youtube katanya boleh" aja periksa walaupun ga beli di counter itu
The SA is not very friendly at all. I'm a SK-II user but I actually bought it at Sociolla because I don't live in Jkt. Going to the counter means that I want to check the age of my facial skin, but it's a waste of time, just not being served with a smile.
When I said I had bought it at Sociolla, I was immediately answered "I don't know if it's at Sociolla".
I don't think it's possible that SA doesn't know if SK-II will also include it in Sociolla :') Ms. I don't want to serve anymore because I know I won't buy it. Even though you see on the web or youtube it says you can just check it even if you don't buy it at the counter

Recommended ... mbak2nya really friendly, especially if we really intend to buy the product. Then, will be offered as a member as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini, Kamis 15 Agustus 2019 pukul 19.00 saya datang ke counter SK II Seibu, Grand Indonesia berniat ingin membeli kembali beberapa produk yang sudah habis saya pakai, tapi saya batalkan karena Sales Counter nya tidak ramah.
Ada 2 orang yang ketika saya datang dan sapa "halo mba" , boro-boro bangun atau menjawab sapaan saya, mereka cuma duduk melongo ke saya sambil yang satu tetap dalam posisi tidak siap menerima customer, yang satu sibuk sendiri. Padahal saat itu counternya kosong (tidak ada customer lainnya).
Awalnya saya tidak sadar, tetapi ketika saya tengah bercerita tentang kondisi wajah saya setelah memakai SK II, saya baru menyadari bahwa dari mereka tidak ada yang respon baik ke saya bahkan senyum saja tidak, bahkan posisinya saya saya tetap berdiri di depan counter dan mereka berdua duduk dan hanya melihat saya sambil mendongak. Saya langsung diam sejenak dan mereka cuma bilang "lanjutin aja mba".
Saat itu juga saya langsung bilang "wah kok mba-nya begini, saya tidak nyaman, saya cari counter SK II lain saja deh". Mereka tidak menjawab apapun lagi, tidak ada kata maaf, tidak berdiri, malah yang satu orang bangun dan jalan ke belakang counter.
Apakah begini cara pelayanan produk skin care yang digadang-gadang sebagai salah satu produk premium? Sungguh amat mengecewakan. Semoga counter SK II lainnya, Sales counter nya memiliki attitude yang lebih baik.

Today, Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 19:00 I came to the Seibu SK II counter, Grand Indonesia intended to buy back some of the products that I had used up, but I canceled because the Sales Counter was not friendly.
There are 2 people who when I come and say "hello mba", boro-boro get up or answer my greeting, they just sit gawking at me while one remains in a position not ready to accept customers, one is busy himself. Even though at that time the counter was empty (there were no other customers).
At first I was not aware, but when I was talking about the condition of my face after wearing SK II, I just realized that from them there was no good response to me even not even a smile, even my position I remained standing in front of the counter and they both sat and only looked at me while looking up. I immediately paused for a moment and they just said "just go ahead".
At that time I immediately said "wow, why is the MBA like this, I'm not comfortable, I'm just looking for another SK II counter." They did not answer anything anymore, no words of forgiveness, did not stand up, instead one person got up and walked to the back of the counter.
Is this how the service of skin care products is predicted as one of the premium products? Really very disappointing. Hopefully the other SK II counters, the sales counter will have a better attitude.
