★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengajukan klaim garansi dari tanggal 12-11-2021. Katanya akan di hubungi kembali paling lambat 2minggu. Tapi sampai hari ini saya tidak mendapat kan info apa². Akhirnya saya hubungi customer service nya dan pas di hubungi customer service nya bilang bahwa saya tidak dapat klaim garansi. Kalau emng ga bisa di klaim kenapa ga di kabarin secepatnya kenapa harus tunggu saya telfon.
 I filed a warranty claim from 12-11-2021. He said he would be called back in at least 2 weeks. But to this day I have not received any information. Finally I contacted customer service and when I contacted customer service they said that I couldn't claim the warranty. If you can't claim it, why can't it be notified as soon as possible, why do you have to wait for me to call?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at 13.00 , then told the receptionist I would like to claim warranty for my external harddisk. Without any further question, they accepted my claim and told me to wait 15 minutes. After 15minutes, I got new external hard disk. Awesome!
