2. It was painful, not painless. That time, I complained a few times, but the waxer didn't care. She could see that I am pregnant and more sensitive, but she didn't care. She applied the wax while it was very hot and I felt so much pain
3. The place is small and not so hygene I think ( a bit dirty, they didn't change the couch-sheet
