★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya di underground, pas didepan lift. Tempatnya lumayan nyaman, ada produk skincare, haircare, makeup, alat-alat makeup dll. Tapi menurut saya masih kurang lengkap pilihan produknya. Oiya kalau belanja diatas 100rbu biasanya suka dapat diskon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya udah seneng nemu barang yang biasa dipakai itu lagi diskon di watson botani. karena emang jarang saya liat dimana mana barang yang itu diskon. eh pas saya mau bayar di kasir dan mba nya lagi scan harga, taunya harganya ngga sesuai dengan yang dicantumin di display. terus mba kasirnya langsung ke tempat barang itu di display dan langsug menanyakan kenapa barang di display dan barang yang di scan di mesin kasir berbeda kepada seorang pria yang saya kira itu adalah spv toko ini (mungkin) dia memakai kemeja putih celaha hitam.
tak lama mba kasir menghampiri saya di depan kasir dan memberi info bahwa harga yang tercantum di rak display adalah HARGA PROMI MINGGU LALU.
WHAT ? harga promo minggu lalu masih di pajang di rak display ? hhhmmmm entahlah ini adalah toko terlalai yang pernah saya datangi dan pasti saya kecewa.
Initially, I was happy to find items that are commonly used, and discounted at Watson Botany. because I rarely see any item that is discounted. eh, when I want to pay at the cashier and mba is scanning the price, the price is not according to what is listed on the display. and then the cashier went straight to where the item was on the display and immediately asked why the item on display and the item that was scanned at the cash register was different to a man who I thought was the shop's spv (maybe) he was wearing a white black slit shirt.
soon the cashier mba approached me in front of the cashier and gave info that the price listed on the display rack is PRICE WEEKLY PROMI.
WHAT? last week's promo price is still displayed on the display rack? hhhmmmm I don't know if this is a neglected shop that I have ever been to and I'm definitely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah 2 kali ke kasir. Di barcode display barang diskon. Tapi pas di kasir ngga ada diskon sama sekali. Ya kalo ngga diskon ngapain pasang harga yang ngga sama? Pas di kasir hari ini tgl 24/6/20 juga ada pegawai pakai kaos doang ngga pakai baju karyawan. Quality control nya jelek sih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience today belanja disini. Tujuan saya kesini untuk beli vit c. Baru datang ke row vit sudah didekati spg dan ditawari brand yg belum pernah saya pakai sebelumnya. Which is fine. Yg jadi masalah adalah she won’t let me to examine my other choices in peace. She keep on talking dan trying to give me the idea that brand lain selain brand yg dia tawarkan tuh unrecommended. Im fine with upselling product, tapi please biarkan costumer memilih barang yg mau dibeli dengan tenang tanpa terus interupting every damn second.
Another thing is, saya tau mungkin SOP spg untuk keep on tailing the costumer for whatever reason. Tapi bisa agak dari jauh atau jaga jarak aja ga sih? Musti bgt few inch behind my back ya? I understand they just doing their jobs. But again, please respect costumer’s privacy dan hak untuk memilih. Dan most importantly, let us shop in peace.
Semoga bisa diperbaiki ya servicenya.

Im fine with upselling the product, but please let the customer choose the item he wants to buy in peace without interrupting every damn second.
Another thing is, I know maybe SOP spg to keep on tailing the customer for whatever reason. But can it be a bit from a distance or just keep your distance? Must be a few inches behind my back huh? I understand they are just doing their jobs. But again, please respect customer's privacy and the right to choose. And most importantly, let us shop in peace.
Hopefully the service can be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I have a visit here, I always feels like a recidivist thief. The security or spg always following me around and fixed their eyes on me, to the point I feel uncomfortable eventhough I tried to be indifferent. Please be more considerate to all costumers! Don't judge a book by its cover! People with a casual or messy look doesn't mean they're a thief, and vice versa.
I also found that sometimes the service isn't quite informative. The casier doesn't always ask if costumers have a member card or not, or offering some promoted goods. Sometimes it's annoying because a member have some additional discount which can reduce the purchase a bit (Watsons is a bit pricey than another retail). But I saw some spg did a good job in interpreting some products, in which they're the store savior.
