β β β β β polite staffs, cozy place to surf through books. bookstore is the essential place for me when someone said "let's go to mall", you can ditch supermarket, fashion shop, or anything but you can't ditch bookstores. they're blessing!

β β β β β Best place for book lovers. There are a lot of book with very good qualities. But sometimes you'll hard to find the book with "special" theme from abroad since maybe Indonesian policy forbid that book in Indonesia. Overall, I think Gramedia is the best book store in Indonesia.

β β β β β Good, I think it needs to provide customers information of when is the time some certain books will be provided when they are out of stocks or when the next issue (volume) will be sold. If Gramedia can do this it would be perfect.

β β β β β Not as complete as gramedia semarang/karawang. But not bad. Computer is not as much as other gramedia -computer is used to search books we need to find. Spend much time here mostly every month to fulfill my addiction on books lol

Exellent service with collection ranging from novel book; history; textbook to comics.. best alternative place for 'hang out' while introduce your kids to the worlds of knowledges and science.
