★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, standard with the other branch, the staff are friendly. But today I went here to have lunch with my family. It's is our first time trying the restaurant at this location. Waited for a long 1 hour to have our food due to the high amount of order through gojek and the restaurant itself is already busy. The management should add more staff to serve customers on peak hours like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always feeling home whenever I visit this place. It's perfect for family, friends. If anyone scared you might passed out due the spiciness. Don't worry you won't. Because even their speciality is spicy but still there's so many menus that weren't spicy, even sweet I could say. The foods totally delicious and if the foods wouldn't meet our taste, they would change them immediately, so for service it's the best too. This place is always full and I understand why. ❤??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is always crowded and you have ask for waiting list.. people in indonesia really love spicy food with so many variant of sambal. And this place give's you a lot of satisfaction for it.
So many menu with a very cheap price exclude tax. Start from 5K you already can order food here.
You can choose to be seated at table or "lesehan" seated on the floor. The food will come fast too even if they have so many customer.
The portion is very small, but at least you can choose a menu for yourself easily.
They have a lot of branches in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miss this place so much. They only open for delivery and take-away since the pandemic started, but finally open for dine-in around December.
They quite follow the protocols by seperating each tables but what annoys me is the waiter quite incapable in arranging the table for customers. They put 2 customers on 4-seat table and 3 person on 2-seat table for the reason "the 2 customers came earlier".
Besides, their Sambal Bawang didn't came out well. It's less spicy. They guarantee for the unexpected taste but I don't have time to wait for the second time around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and authentic are the reasons local people eat here. This place is always busy but they serve you fast enough despite so many queues and orders.
If you using car, you will have to park your car next to the street (no parking area provided).
However, I think that the place is not clean enough and a bit dark during the day. I think they should turn the lamp on the whole day.
I have been to Special Sambal franchise in three cities (BSD, Jakarta and Surabaya) and I believe that the best service came from BSD branch.
