★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa sama pelayanan shopee express yang drop off ini,saya mau kirim barang jualan buru buru hrus pakai label pengirimanlah,gak boleh tulis tangan lah,padahal saya tanya ke pusat saja boleh bagaimana ini .
I am disappointed with this drop off Shopee Express service, I want to send my merchandise to hurry and have to use the shipping label, I can't write it by hand, even though I asked the center, how can I do this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya agak kecil, dan ruangannya bersebelahan dengan loundry klo g salah. Untuk SOP nya sih sudah bagus ya, nama & hp pengirim di data, jadi kita g asal naruh paket aja. Dan yang paling penting agar semua pengirim g salah faham adalah, untuk shopee express memang diharuskan pakai barcode, jadi diprint dlu ya sebelum mengirim barang. Jangan salahkan petugasnya, kalo mau salahkan shopeenya aja kok dibkin ribet.
The place is rather small, and the room is next to the loundry if wrong. The SOP is already good, the sender's name & cellphone are in the data, so we don't just put the package. And the most important thing so that all senders don't misunderstand is, shopee express requires a barcode, so print it out before sending the goods. Don't blame the officers, if you want to blame the shop, how come it's complicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah ngantri lama, trus bilangnya harus ada gambar barcodenya baru bisa di scan. Pdahal saya udah tulis tangan kode booking sama alamatnya jelas dan sesuai sperti di aplikasi. Di shopee express lain pun juga bisa di proses kok. Emang males aja ni nci2 gamau repot input kodenya. Kalo bisa kasih minus saya kasih minus buat pelayanannya??? Banner shopee expressnya pun gajelas ketutup sama banyak banner lain, susah dicarinya. Kalo ga nanya orang gabakal tau tmptnya disitu.
