Wahana agent counter is unique because it is in a container. The waitresses are friendly & there are clothes shops and unique culinary spots ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wahana terdekat dari rumah. Bangunannya agak menjorok ke dalam jadi kadang orang ga 'engeh' ada Wahana disini.
Unik sih konsep bangunannya kaya truck/container gitu.
dulu (waktu staff yang bekerjanya bukan yg sekarang) selalu puas dgn pelayanan dan jasanya. seneng setiap kirim barang via Wahana karena murah dan ramah.
tapi sekarang (i mean sejak staffnya gonta ganti), jd banyak trouble, saya sering complain. bukan cuma masalah di pengiriman aja, tapi staffnya ini agak ga professional ya; kurang ramah, kurang informatif, kurang inisiatif, kurang cocok kerja di bdg pelayanan. maaf. saya jadi sebel karena jd sering complain padahal dlu lancar2 aja huhu
The closest ride from home. The building is a bit protruding so sometimes people don't 'crazy' that Wahana is here.

in the past (when the staff worked not the current one) were always satisfied with their services and services. I am happy to send goods via Wahana because it is cheap and friendly.
but now (i mean, since the staff has been changing), there's a lot of trouble, I often complain. it's not just a problem with the delivery, but the staff is a bit unprofessional, isn't it; less friendly, less informative, less initiative, less suitable for work in the service sector. excuse me. I'm so annoyed because I often complain even though it used to be smooth huhu
