★ ★ ★ ★ ★ barang tidak di scan hingga besoknya,saat ke lokasi dibohongi barang tidak dia terima. ternyata barangnya sama dia hanya dioper ke dc dan tidak discan sehingga pesanan saya ada yg dibatalkan.

Jualan via Bukalapak sdh automatis keluar no kode booking janji nya diambil hari yg sama jam 13.30 tp gak datang2 gak ada kabar sampai keesokan hari nya!! Bangke!!! Gue dicurigai pembeli jadi nya!!! Bangsat lo!!

Saya baru pertama kali kirim paket, dan jnt ini yang saya pilih karena dekat rumah.
awal ketika saya datang ada bapak2 keliatannya baru pertama kali juga, nah parahnya si receptionist (cewe) ini ngelayaninnya ga sabaran terus kayak emosi gitu saya liat kan kasian bapak2nya. eh bener aja pas giliran saya dia ngelayaninnya kyk mau ga mau dan emosi gitu dia nanya nomer telpon sambil marah2 . dan kebetulan saya berbuat kesalahan yaitu ongkir awalnya pihak penerima yang bayar terus saya balik lagi saya bilang "maaf mbak yang bayar jadi saya pengirim" makin marahlah dia sambil nyerocos .
iya saya tau saya salah tapi ini saya customer loh mbak, dan tugas mbak adalah melayani saya. saya juga ga macem2 kok mintanya, saya cuma minta dilayani dengan baik. jangankan senyum yang ada malah di marah2in.
Buat pihak jnt tolong jgn di pecat cukup tegur saja biar dia ga mengulangi lagi, kasian orang2 awam seperti saya yg belom pernah ngirim paket malah dilayanin kyk gini.
Saya buat review ini sejujur2nya tanpa ada rekayasa sedikitpun dan ini demi kemajuan anda pihak jnt. Terimakasih

It was my first time sending a package, and this jnt was what I chose because it was near my home.
At the beginning when I arrived there were men who looked like it was the first time too, now the bad thing is that the receptionist (girl) is serving her impatiently as if she was emotional so I saw how poor the fathers were. uh, really, when it was my turn, he took care of it, if he wanted to or not and got emotional, he asked for a phone number while angry. and I happened to make a mistake, namely the initial postage of the recipient who paid and then I returned again and I said "sorry sis who paid so I am the sender" the more angry he was as he spoke.
yes, I know I was wrong, but this is my customer, sis, and your job is to serve me. I also don't ask for anything, I just ask to be served well. let alone the smile that is even angry.
For the party, please don't be fired, just reprimand him so that he doesn't repeat it again, poor lay people like me who have never sent a package are instead being served like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran hanya cukup untuk motor. Pelayanan sangat baik dan ramah. Pernah datang pas udah mau tutup masih dilayani meski masnya udah mau beres-beres pulang.
Layanannya hanya satu macam, reguler. Tidak ada yang lebih cepat. Tapi pelayanan sungguh baik dan ruangannya dingin tidak bau.
Parking is only enough for a motorcycle. Very good and friendly service. Once I came when I wanted to close, I was still being served, even though the owner wanted to clean up.
The service is only one kind, regular. Nothing is faster. But the service is really good and the cold room doesn't smell.
