★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat ini merupakan perumahan yg sedang dikembangkan, saat ini akan dikembangkan tahap 3. Utk sampai ke tempat ini kaluan dapat melalui jalan pinang raya atau lebih dekat lewat jalan kemuning 3. Perumahan ini terbagi menjadi 2 site yang saling berhadapan dengan konsep masing masing site one gate system. Tahap 1 dan 2 yang sudah jadi berada pada satu site denga lebar jalan yang dibeton cukup baik dan lebar sehingga sangat cukup dilalui oleh 2 kendaran roda empat. Di site ini fasilitas yang dibangun oleh pengembang adalah playground dan musholla. Di site ini juga yang sedang dipasarkan (saat saya berkunjung sept 2021) type Corona 2 LT (tapi bukan corona pandemi yaaaa :D , karena pada saat dipasarkan nama type ini sudah ada sebelum pandemi (ini kata mbak di kantor pemasaran)). Luas tanahnya lumayan bervariasi tergantung lokasi mulai 99m2 - 109m2. Untuk harga silahkan bertanya langsung ke bagian pemasaran yaaaaa
