★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumahnya bagus, cuma tanahnya kecil sekali. Kalau buat invest sangat cocok buat disewakan, tempat strategis dkt jln raya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi strategis, bebas banjir, aman, air dan lingkungan bersih, rumah2nya sudah terbangun sekitar 70% dan berpenghuni lebih dari setengahnya.
Dekat ke berbagai fasilitas umum: puskesmas, rumah sakit, sekolah/universitas, polsek, supermarket, tempat makan kaki lima, fast food resto, cafe, pintu tol, mal, taman bermain anak dll.
Kekurangannya: banyak kucing liar sering masuk ke kompleks dan pup sembarangan, terutama di jalan yang berpasir karena masih pembangunan rumah.
Strategic location, free from flooding, safe, clean water and environment, about 70% of the houses have been built and more than half occupied.
Close to various public facilities: health centers, hospitals, schools/universities, police, supermarkets, street food stalls, fast food restaurants, cafes, toll booths, malls, children's playgrounds etc.
Disadvantage: many stray cats often enter the compound and poop carelessly, especially on sandy roads because houses are still under construction.
