★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa kurang Terawat, toilet cenderung kotor, water heater tidak jelas air panas nya. Lantai kayu sdh rusak di lantai 1. Di lantai 2 ada paku menonjol di lantai. Saluran air kurang jalan. Aqua galon cm dikasih 1/2 malam habis kita cari sendiri ke luar.
Lokasi dekat belokan jalan raya puncak, banyak warung disekitar villa.
Kolam renang OK. Taman lumayan.
