Setelah nyampai ngomong gk boleh..
Lain kali yang konsisten dong!!
Udah sewa mahal + terlanjur ngajak pemain musik malah ngecewain pelanggan. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sungguh sangat mengecewakan. Jangan pernah malam tahun baru ditempat ini. Ngobrol bercanda smaa keluarga aja diingetin gak boleh keras". Pertama masih okelah. Waktu pergantian tahun baru tiba, kita menghidupkan petasan, diingatin lagi, dengan alasan ada bayi dibelakang villa. Lah yg lain juga pada menghidupkan petasan. Macam mana pula ini. Mungkin kalo bukan tahun baru kita menyalakan petasan buat kebisingan. Lah ini tahun baru, semua pada nyalain petasan kali. Bayar 2x lipat karena tahun baru, tapi kita gak bisa ngapa"in. Kita cuma disuruh tidur doang gitu.Ya namanya mau tahun baruan bareng keluarga pasti berisiklah. Sungguh sangat kecewa !

Review hanya berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi apa adanya saat sewa untuk th baru.
Kami keluarga ber 14 . 1 anak anak , 1 lansia dan 12 orang dewasa.
Tempat luas , udara dingin , peralatan masak dan makan lengkap. Parkir muat 4 mobil. Tetapi ada beberapa hal yg kurang menyenangkan.
Tahun baru bersama keluarga sewa disini mau ketawa dilarang apalagi jgn harap bisa main kembang api. Padahal ya karena memang situasi tahun baru di luarpun sudah berisik kembang api bukan dr kami. Standar berisik disini tidak jelas . Ketawa dibilang berisik . Alasan ada bayi tetangga katanya . Padahal ada bau sapi atau kambing mungkin dr tetangga jg .
Penjaga tidak ramah bahkan sempat bilang kalimat klasik "Saya orang sini jgn berisik disini". Tidak masuk akal. Namanya liburan apalagi tahun baru kumpul keluarga ngobrol ketawa adalah hal yg sangat wajar.
Kolam renang hijau. Saat malam minta nyalakan lampu daerah kolam renang jg tidak bisa padahal kondisi cukup gelap. Pada saat hujan deras ada bocor di kamar .
Semua ekstra bed tanpa sprei atau alas kasur. Beberapa ekstra bed terlihat kotor akhirnya tidak bisa terpakai .
Maaf rating hanya berdasar pengalaman pribadi yg dirasakan. Padahal kalau penjaga bisa lebih maklum dg tamu yg ngobrol dan ketawa" atau bermain kembang api saat tahun baru kekurangan tersebut jg bisa kami maklumi.
Semoga bisa menjadi perhatian kembali bagi pengelola.

We are a family of 14 . 1 child, 1 elderly and 12 adults.
Spacious place, cold air, complete cooking and eating utensils. Parking for 4 cars. But there are some things that are less pleasant.
New Year's with family, renting here is forbidden, let alone don't expect to be able to play fireworks. In fact, yes, because the New Year's situation outside was already noisy with fireworks, not Dr. The standard of noise here is not clear . Laughter is said to be noisy. The reason there is a neighbor's baby, he said. Even though there is a smell of cows or goats, maybe from the neighbors too.
The unfriendly guard even had time to say the classic sentence "I'm a person here, don't be noisy here". Does not make sense. It's called a holiday, especially a new year, family gatherings, chatting and laughing is a very natural thing.
Green swimming pool. At night, I asked to turn on the lights in the swimming pool area, but I couldn't even though the conditions were quite dark. When it rains heavily there is a leak in the room.
All extra beds without sheets or mattress pads. Some extra beds look dirty and finally can't be used.
Sorry, the rating is only based on personal experience. In fact, if the guards can be more understanding with guests who chat and laugh "or play fireworks during the new year, we can also understand these shortcomings.
Hopefully it can be a concern for the manager again.
