β β β β β Tempatnya bagus, luas villa nya, 3kamar luas bisa lbh banyak keluarga sekamar hehehe, jalanannya aga curam soalnya posisi gerbangnya pas sama turunan..
Harus berhati2...
 The place is nice, the area of ββthe villa, 3 spacious rooms can be more like a roommate family hehehe, the road is a bit steep because the gate position is just the same as the descendants ..

Alhamdulillah, I can stay together with Divilla Candhy with my friends touring in the old days, the villa is spacious, the view is also good, even though there is no swimming pool, but there is a page that is sufficient for playing badminton ?? just bounce off the villa candhy??

β β β β β Ini villa letaknya di tengah tengah, kalau dari Jakarta sebelumnya masjid At-Ta'awun. Dinginnya udah dapet tempat ini. Villanya luar biasa luaass. Ada 3 kamar dan tiap kamar luas luas banget, diisi 10 orang juga masih luas. Tiap kamar ada kamar mandinya daaan ada air panasnya lohh. Baru kali ini sih sewa villa dan ada air panasnya, terbaeeeeek sekali ????? Saya jabarkan plus minusnya ya untuk villa ini.
Kelebihannya :
- Luuuaassnyaaaaa bukan main
- Harga murah dengan rumah yg diapat luas sekali. Cocok untuk keluarga dan untuk ngadain party
- Fasilitas lengkap. Teras, ruang tamu, 3 kamar + kamar mandi air panas, kulkas, tv, dapur + kamar mandi deket dapur tanpa air panas, alat dapur lengkap
- Parkiran luas
- Air panas di setiap kamar berjalan dengan baiik
- Dingin karena posisinya di atas
- Ada wastafel dan kaca di dalam kamar
- Dari villa keliatan lalin jalan utama, jadi bisa ketauan lagi macet atau engganya ??
Kekurangannya:
- Berada di tanjakan, agak ngga enak buat masuknya
- Dari tempat parkir naik lagi ke villanya (masih satu wilayah) tapi naiknya lumayan
- Tvnya masih tv jaman dulu dan kresek kresek
- Tempatnya masuk gang tapi muat mobil
- Selimutnya sedikit dan tipis
- Tempat tidurnya agak agak gimana gitu, bunyi tempat tidurnya kalau kita naikkan. Jadi takut ambles atau rusak
- Tempatnya agak creepy ???
Saran untuk pengelola:
- 1 kamar bisa di bedah lagi jadi 2 kamar. Jadi total bisa ada 6 kamar
- Fasilitas dibaguskan lagi, tempat tidur di ganti, tv di perbaiki, tambahkan wifi
- Setelah melakukan perbaikan. Masukkan ke aplikasi seperti oyo, reddoorz, airy rooms. Saya yakin banyak yg minat sama villa ini, villa ini jadi laku tiap harinya.
This villa is located in the middle, if from Jakarta previously the At-Ta'awun mosque. I got this cold place. The villa is amazingly luaass. There are 3 rooms and each room is very spacious, filled with 10 people is still spacious. Each room has a bathroom and there is hot water. This is the first time I rent a villa and there is hot water, it's very cool ????? I will describe the pluses and minuses for this villa.
The advantages:
- It's soooooooooo cool
- Low prices with a very spacious house. Suitable for families and for holding parties
- Complete facilities. Terrace, living room, 3 rooms + bathroom with hot water, refrigerator, tv, kitchen + bathroom near the kitchen without hot water, complete kitchen utensils
- Large parking area
- Hot water in each room works well
- It's cold because it's up there
- There is a sink and glass in the room
- From the villa you can see the main road, so you might catch a traffic jam or no traffic ??
The drawbacks:
- Being on an incline, it's a little uncomfortable to enter
- From the parking lot, go up again to the villa (still in the same area) but the increase is not bad
- The TV is still old TV and crackle
- The place is in the alley but load the car
- The blankets are few and thin
- The bed is a bit like that, the sound of the bed when we get it up. So afraid of subsidence or damage
- The place is a bit creepy ???
Advice for maintainers:
- 1 room can be renovated into 2 rooms. So in total there can be 6 rooms
- Facilities are improved again, beds are changed, TV is repaired, add wifi
- After making repairs. Enter into applications such as oyo, reddoorz, airy rooms. I am sure there are many who are interested in this villa, this villa is selling well every day.
