★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangunan baru sih. Akses parkir ok ( 4-5 mobil masuk). Kolem renang paling belakang. Ada 2 bangunan yg terpisah sayangnya. Jd bangunan rumah depan dan belakang itu beda harga yah. Bisa juga ga sewa rumah belakang sih. Utk harga masih terbilang tinggi. Wd 2.5 we 3.5 (utk bangunan depan saja). No view yah. Just good house in the cold area.
It's a new building. Parking access is ok (4-5 cars in). Swimming pool at the back. There are 2 separate buildings unfortunately. So the front and back house buildings are different in price. You can also rent the back house. The price is still fairly high. Wd 2.5 we 3.5 (for the front building only). No view. Just good house in the cold area.

It's a bit uncomfortable because traders can still enter the villa area... We feel uncomfortable to hold merchandise on the front porch... facilities and services are good
