★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan bagus bangunannya double wall sayangnya akses jalan kesininya agak sempit dan ada satu titik selalu banjir di tarumajaya lokasi cukup strategis didepan perumahannya ramai banyak ruko
The building is pretty good, the double wall, unfortunately the access road here is rather narrow and there is one point that is always flooded in Tarumajaya, the location is quite strategic in front of the housing, there are many shophouses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lokasi dan bangunannya sih bagus. tapi mau izin renov aja ribet banget. bagian estatenya tidak sopan dan tidak fast respon. kita harus kejar kejar seperti orang ngemis untuk dapat izin renov.
the location and the building are good. but I want permission to renovate, it's really complicated. the estate is not polite and does not respond quickly. we have to chase it like a beggar to get a renovation permit.
