★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan selalu banjir, terutama jalan depan perumahan nya. Banyak pemilik yang sudah lunas di bank btn, tetapi blm diberi sertifikat nya. Hanya tanda lunas saja dari bank btn. Itu bagaimana bisa seperti itu sejak pemilik akad pada 2011 atau 2012 belum juga dipecah sertifikat oleh pengembang
Housing is always flooded, especially the road in front of its housing. Many owners have paid off at the BTN bank, but have not been given the certificate. Only a sign of payment from the bank btn. That's how it can be like that since the owner of the contract in 2011 or 2012 has not yet broken the certificate by the developer
