★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude Staff. No printing service. They rather ask you to request other shop keepers in the mall to get a print out. It’s written at the entrance and all desks that u can take a print out post paying them - However it doesn’t happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, VFS Global is just a visa handling and visa payment service, that is appointed by the embassies of each nations. VFS Global never have any input whatsoever on the visa decision. They only collect the documents and do the biometric input. They do check documents for completeness at times, but it is not their main service. They also will not check whether your documents are strong enough or whether you need additional documents to clarify. For that it is better to check to the website of each nation, or pay travel agents to do that for you.
The passport center is clean and well lit. Most of the staffs I met are very courteous and helpful. They will also advise on things, which is really good. Security is tough and you need to make appointments before you can enter the area. The appointment is part of the process in creating your visa application. They also have overpriced photo and photocopy services, try to avoid those.
The service is quite fast. The speed of the visa application could not be attributed to VFS as it depends on each country. But the process from starting to document submission to biometric processing is quite fast.
They have very clean bathroom, and the seating is good. But the seating outside is really terrible, as no seating is available for people who wait outside. A great visa processing center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 5 months for a passport for my daughter. No updates. Uselessly refer you to HMPO without providing a valid reference number creating a nightmare. The most stressful and time consuming process ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what is going on. I tried to apply visa by online many times on their website (visa for Germany seaman C-D) but there is always no slot available. My friend tried by the "back door" with of course extra money under the table, you understand what I mean? And He got the appointment.
I really dont understand what is going on there?
Please anyone can help for it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was applying for Japanese visa. First, the online booking was a mess, always had an error, so I had to come there and wait for 6 hours to submit my visa application manually. Second, they asked me to take premium service with additional cost IDR 400k, which is a scam, bcoz its not premium at all. Please all embassies, never use VFS again, the service is so horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay, but the company itself? It's the peak of capitalism. There are a hundred ways for them to extort more money from you. Need something? You better pay up! Brought a laptop? Congrats, you'd need to pay them to hold it on for you! They implemented an online appointment booking system but it's always broken, making it impossible for you to actually book an appointment. On top of that you need to pay even more for their 'services' even though you literally don't have any other option. They also doesn't allow you to pick your passport up yourself and the courier company they work with is EXTREMELY SLOW, of course you have to pay a premium price as well! For God's sake, embassies, please stop working with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My email from yesterday was not answered, so I have spent today trying to phone but the number listed doesn't appear to be connected. This is exactly the same situation I faced 3 years ago ! At that time they couldn't complete the visa in 15 days, so I had to cancel... Not good for Italian tourism!
Final insult... If you don't give them a star, you can't post a review... I haven't been able to find a single positive review!!!!!!! That's shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied a UK visa for my travel this May. Due to the Ukraine war, it will take 6 weeks for normal process,so I had to take the priority one since my time is limited. They finished the process on time, within 5 working I got the feed back. Fortunately I got my visa.
The staffs are nice and communicative, but they don't check your documents in the UK section. So if you are missing a document, they won't tell you. If you need to scan it they will scan it for you for an extra price, but no document checking.
I do agree with people complaining about everything is money here. What is the specific reason for not letting people bring laptop. people can use their time to work while waiting.
