★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fall for their prey for the premium service!!!
The staff was very nice when trying to make you pay for the premium service, which is a disgrace commercialization for the France embassy public service. The surcharge was way overrated since after I said yes to the pay for it service (they said I am missing documents) then the quality of the service in the premium lounge was curt and very unfriendly. Furthermore, the email notification was confusing and the customer service on the phone was brusque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffers were friendly, professional, and paid careful attention to the little details in your application. I opted for their premium service, but it barely proved useful. Maybe because I came early at 8 o' clock, and there was barely any queue anyway. I was not shown the way to the premium lounge and ended up waiting in the common area.
Pro tip: if you come to submit your application, make your way to the 3rd floor. If you need to collect your visa, the collection center is on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using the premium services which is great experience. The lounge is clean, have enough snacks and coffee/tea. The officer who served me is polite and helpful. When I have to complete and resubmit two documents, I can use my laptop and use the printing facility. In the same day, I could complete all process without too much hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ between my more than 10 calls to your agent only 2x had picked up. very unsatisfied very ineffective. wasting time and pulsa. all i ask was just to change my purpose of visit. yet they didn't want to help. they asked me to change it myself then call them back which I never got thru anyway. in the end i lost my normal appointment and no choice but to choose prime time appointment. everything is commercialized here. long time ago there were only normal appointment. NOW normal appointment only maybe 30% and the rest is Premium. your agent didn't help me at all.

I have paid for the Premium but the officer given is extremely inexperienced and slow.
I had done Premium service with TLS for other country and those were seamless and fast dealing with extremely experience officers so it was pleasant and highly efficient experience. But that is not the case here with the TLS for France Premium Lounge. Very inefficient and inexperienced officer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad, I don't like TLS Contact Indonesia which is too draining for visa applications, I hope the embassy French in Jakarta can think twice if you have to use this service, I feel drained where the error in filling out my name form on the passport page is only 1 word but on the page to—4 there is an addition of a name, as long as I go to a Schengen country ex: The Netherlands I always fill in my name in the form on the front page, and the counter does not have a problem with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to never use premium service because it useless, premium service doesn't mean you will really get better service.
Because the lady in premium service who handle my case, seems newbie and she doesn't know much, often ask to other officer, which is very disappointed!
Worse, I go to France by sponsor but she said they don't need my sponsor documents(bank statements, salary slips,etc) and she even didn't asked about my itinerary which is mentioned in the form.
In the end I forced to submit all of the documents I prepared, but she didn't arranged it well, I don't think she really submit it all to the embassy because my visa refused because of financial and guarantee reasons, which is unacceptable, unless the lady in premium lounge didn't submit it.
And actually my documents are complete, more complete than they asked but they said my insurance isn't valid so I must use premium service to have more time to submit the insurance by email, imagine I paid extra 760k just for that meanwhile actually I have my insurance already lol.
