★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced such incompetence. I will make ever effort to take my business elsewhere. If this is how you get treated before becoming a customer, I’d hate to see what happens to their actual customers. A local friend rang customer service on my behalf (to mitigate any confusion or ‘misunderstanding’) in order to ascertain if there were any accessories in stock for my Vespa. The customer service agent ‘Nurul’ gladly told my friend ‘yes’ plenty of accessories in stock that we were looking for and to come in and get my Vespa fitted out. On arriving at the store, I was promptly told that there was NO accessories in stock and I’d have to wait 2 months! Apparently it didn’t occur to Nurul to find out if there actually was any stock available or not. To make matters worse, she found out before I made the trip in to the store that there wasn’t any stock available and didn’t think it pertinent to ring and tell me. Apparently inconveniencing the customer and just making things up seem to be ok in their customer service department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your vespa scooters. They also have original vespa accessories available or they can order it for you. They have very helpful staff that can speak English. There is a KTM showroom next door too if you want to check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sparepart staff threw attitude upon learning that we came there just for a sparepart (not having the scooter serviced there). I'll never visit Sinergi ever again and make sure my Vespa buddies know about this.
