★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Place for traveller. Cheap, nice room, close to many tourist attraction. Parking lot is big and free..there is also small waterpark, but sadly, its open for public, not only for the hotel visitor and apartment owner, so its very crowded at the weekend..the food is not so great, breakfast option also not so much..but, what you expect for cheap price right?

2. The toilet seat has stains on them. I’m not sure if they’re removable but they make the toilet seems disgusting
3. The floor is really dirty
4. The creamer provided by the hotel has expired weeks ago
5. The mini fridge smells horrible
6. They cleaned my room (including the restroom AND toilet) and when I returned there’s a freakin poop in the toilet which wasn’t there when I left my room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a great time with family here, the swimming pool & mini waterboom is the biggest attraction for kiddos.
Really close to mall & restaurants for the dinner.
The room itself is clean & tidy, only the bathroom feels cramped with the glass partition. Breakfast varied & quite tasty, with friendly service from all the staf.
Really worth for price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the rate, the hotel is exceptional. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The most exciting thing is the mini waterpark, however due to covid 19 pandemic, the management limits the session and visitors. They provide a voucher to use the swimming pool for 1 hour (max 4 guests) per room per night. The room is not spacious, but it's not an issue for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vega Hotel is very good at gading serpong, there is a lot of people making vega as a venue to do their events like meeting, seminars or workshops and gathering. At the time we went there, there is an event untill night that have been booked by other company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall this place was so good. My child loved swimming here, even though the changing room was dark and creepy. The food was delicious, the room was clean and comfy, the employees were helpful, and the parking lot was pretty big. If you happen to order food delivery from ojol, you have to take your items by the security desk. And oh.. due to the pandemic, you can only swim for an hour. Prior swimming you need to register yourself on th reception desk. On the weekend the swimming pool security would shout out every one hour, reminding people to take turn (since they already swam for an hour).

It was a nice stay. The room is clean and it has balcony. The corridor smells like barbeque (it might has some trouble with ventilation). They start playing music at the corridor at 6am, which is annoying. The pool was okay when we swam on Saturday and Monday, however on Tueday morning green moss/algae started to pile up and the pool became so dirty (yaiks!)
