★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own 2 units in this apartment, currently listed in Agoda and Airbnb. We have many great reviews from verified guests from all over the world.
I never worry when I have to prepare the units for my guests til late night because the apartment is safe with 24 hours security, and convenient with free 24 hours parking.
Facilities include lift, swimming pools, minimart, and paid laundry service. Some of the units facing north (like ours) have view of Mount Merapi on clear days.
The apartment is not located on the main street. There are 2 access roads to the apartment. Google map location is quite accurate.
The interior and furnishings of each unit in the buildings can be different because they are owned by individual owners, and there are also home owners who permanently live here. Indoluxe hotel also manages several units in the apartment.

I've been here before this apartment became famous on twitter. Sad that people who have NEVER STAYED here actually comment bad things about this apartment. Please trust review from those who really stay here, nothing scary. This apartment is very comfortable and close to many restaurants (walking distance), guards are always in the lobby, good swimming pool. Very recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been staying at this Apartment several times, and i chose Trav*loka for the booking! Overall was great. Private access to enter the main building, room is clean, AC is cold, internet not fast but ok, TV is working, pool is ok, they also have mini market downstairs to buy snacks and other stuffs; good maintenance, very friendly and helpful staffs. I used to stay on top floor (5th and 7th), loved to enjoy the view from Balcony!! But unfortunately what is still lacking is they operate only one elevator, n when it comes to weekend, we must wait a bit long for the queue coz normally crowded and the elevator also not so big. But I would recommend this place to be anyone's choice! And oh yeah, covid protocols must wear mask here too. Enjoy then! ;)
