★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu rusun di wilayah Sleman. Kalau untuk keluarga kecil, ini cukup banget sambil nabung beli rumah yg lebih luas. Satu petak terdiri dari dua kamar, WC, ruang tamu kecil dan dapur. Kalau beruntung sih dapat teras yang agak luas.
