Depan kamar masi ada sampah" diplastik jadi kurang indah aja trlihatnya? semoga next lebih bersih lagi
 Okay rooms, friendly staff, okay location
Less cleanliness
In front of the room there is still garbage" in plastic so it just doesn't look beautiful ? Hopefully the next one will be cleaner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 days and the ONLY reason I stayed there is because of the location. When I checked in, the towels had long hair attached to them and the blanket had a red stain. Toilet bowl had yellow stains. That was not the worst part. After checking out and on the flight back I found out that my Apple AirPods were missing. The AirPods were in my handcarry bag, which is where I always keep them and the only time I use them is on flights. So obviously someone had been into my handcarry bag and taken the item. I got my staff in Jakarta to go and talk to the Manager about this and all he did was do a room search and said he would check the cctv footage and question his staff. As expected this did not yield anything. I asked to be able to speak to the owners or the Senior Management that he reported to, and he completely refused. This was the thing that really put me off, the Manager's name was Agus, why would he not allow it. He was more interested in taking care of his own interest than that of a guest. Very disappointed with Red Doorz.
