★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall,this hotel was great,the room was spacious,and the amenities were ok. Unfortunately, I found some things were not really impressive. I feel that the hotel rate is overprice for the service that I experienced.
1. When I came in to the lobby to check-in,the receptionist was not stand by so I have to wait some time. A receptionist had to handle some guests at once so maybe more than one receptionist stand by would be better for the service
2. They provide mineral water in a pitcher for each room. In pandemic era, I will be more appreciated if the hotel provide water in a sealed bottle to make sure the hygienity. I stayed in a family room for 3 people and they only gave us a pitcher for all of us and refill from the water dispenser in the corridor.
3. If you’d like to have food delivery from restaurant outside,make sure you ask for spoon and fork together with your food because there was no spoon available in the hotel room. I tried to borrow from the hotel,but they can rent me spoon and fork if I buy food or beverage in the hotel costs min. IDR 30K. It’s understandable but then I can say that the hotel rate was really overprice if I have to buy extra food just for renting spoon or fork.
4. Breakfast was started at 6 AM. I came to the restaurant at 6.30 AM and most food are still sealed and only a chef available in the restaurant. I had to come over to the chef (who is not standby at the omelette station) to cook some omelette. Another guest had to unsealed the plastic on the salad fruit by himself. So, I think the hotel need more people to stand by at the restaurant. Or make sure that all stations are ready to be served to the guests.
5. There was stain on the blanket.
6. The swimming pool was quite small. The pool is clean but the floor surrounding the pool and the bathroom was not taken care really well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, nice atmosphere, reasonable rates, close to Pondok Indah Mall for shopping and culinary experience, Radio Dalam and H. Nawi for street food experience. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel could be one of your good choice when you hv business near pondok indah mall or during your outpatient treatment in Pondok Indah Hospital, the staffs were amiable, and the swimming pool area give you feel your privacy being not staring by other people, and it's location make you easily to find mall, resto, clinic, groceries stores n mosque for moslem

The facilities were Good and works perfectly. Staff's service also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. The hotel is cramped in a busy street, but once you are inside, you just forget what is outside. Nice lobby with a very high ceiling. The restaurant is just next to it. Rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front is good, service person is nice, room's are available, but u better book up front cuz weekend gonna be full. Got interconnected room, with king size or double bed options. Enough for 4-5 person. Or u can choose suites with living room and double bedroom. Hot water shower ready, swimming pool available. But it's close to main road with high traffic, it's bit noisy even when u tried to sleep late, my experience was about 11pm but the noise from the street still so loud through the window.
One thing bit off is some bedsheets and pillow cover are dirty and have some dirt marks, some has liquid stain on it, and i found plenty hair left underneath it, means sometimes they change it (or not?) Thats not hygiene for me. I don't know if they were understaffed or something, but they need to step it up about check in time, cuz they took too long to give us the keys. Rules: check out 1pm check in 2pm. We should check in on 2pm but from some rooms on time, me at 4pm after complaint to front desk multiple times and there's one on 5pm because they ain't cleaning it yet. I thing the main problems are here.
