★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan tidak ramah sama sekali, tidak ada petugas pemandu pengambilan antrian dan segala macam, bagian pendaftaran sangat tidak ramah dan tidak jelas, mentang" gratis trus di urusin seenaknya
 the service is not friendly at all, there are no guide officers for taking queues and all sorts of things, the registration section is very unfriendly and unclear, because it's free and then it's handled at will

it says it closes at 2 but at 1 it doesn't serve. unfriendly staff. It's a shame this kind of public service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sama sekali 0 besar, jam setengah 2 sudah tidak melayani pendaftaran pelayanan. Apanya yg pelayanan public kalo maksimal pendaftaran jam 1, makan gaji buta semua. Akan saya laporkan ke dinas terkait agar segera dibenahi dr segi pegawainya
