Dari pertama kali pindah ke lokasi ini sudah banyak renovasi dilakukan. Sekarang Puskesmas Sidoharjo menjadi andalan dalam penanganan kesehatan pertama di Kecamatan Sidoharjo. Disini juga melayani BPJS dengan pelayanan yang tidak mengecewakan. Di tunjang bangunan baru yang kokoh, dan berbagai fasilitas memadai membuat pasien merasa nyaman berada di dalam nya.
Berbagai fasilitas yang tawarkan antara lain parkiran luas, taman penghijauan, kursi tunggu outdoor, mesin antri elektronik, playground untuk balita, MCK dll.
Kebersihan juga sangat diperhatikan sehingga memberikan sugesti baik pada pasien yang dapat mempengaruhi cepatnya penyembuhan pasien.
Dari segi alat medis Puskesmas Sidoharjo juga menyediakan peralatan yang sudah memadai.

Here also serves BPJS with services that don't disappoint. Supported by a sturdy new building, and various adequate facilities make patients feel comfortable in it.
The various facilities offered include large parking lots, green parks, outdoor waiting chairs, electronic queuing machines, playground for toddlers, toilets, etc.
Hygiene is also very concerned about so as to give good suggestions to patients which can affect the patient's speed of healing.
In terms of medical equipment, Sidoharjo Community Health Center also provides adequate equipment.
