Namun untuk antri dokter dan buka pendaftaran lama sekali
Di web tertulis pelayanan siang jam 13 namun buka pendaftaran jam 14
Buka poli nya lama sekali, kasihan untuk pasien yang darurat atau memang sudah sangat sakit harus menunggu poli buka padahal di web tertera jadwal pastinya
Harap diperbaiki untuk jadwal jadwalnya agar budaya tepat waktu semakin baik

Duh bidan ini org2 hamil udah pada capek duduk nya, udah kenceng bgt perutnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pihak puskesmas ratu jaya sangat kurang pelayan jauh dari kata memuaskan, saya sekeluarga positif covid mau berobat diluar dilarang, disuruh tunggu mereka saja untuk obat, di wa satgas balas berjam2, dengan alasan pagi sibuk banyak orang, setelah siang dikonfirmasi mereka lama menjawab hingga akhirnya obat baru kami bisa dapat sore, dan untuk pengambilan obat staf tidak ramah, padahal disini saya pakai bpjs berbayar lho, setelah itu dibilang akan dihubungi pihak satgas lg, bsknya saya minta ank2 saya diswab tapi lama sekali diblas, setelah saya bikin sts di wa tentang kurang bagusnya puskesmas mereka memblok saya, lanjut lagi baru mereka membalas dengan cepat setelah kekecewaan saya yg sangat amat membuat saya tidak habis fikir.seperti ini kah fasilitas pemerintah yg seharusnya bagus untuk rakyat, dengan sumber manusianya yg tidak ikhlas bekerjanya, terkesan angkuh dan seakan2 kami meminta2... Kecewa berat

This is what government facilities are supposed to be good for the people, with human resources who are not sincere in their work, seem arrogant and make it seem as if we are asking for help. ... Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berkunjung ke puskesmas ini dalam rangka vaksinasi covid-19 untuk anak. Vaksinasi tidak dilakukan setiap hari, ada jadwalnya tersendiri yaitu hari Sabtu dan Selasa. Kuota per hari dibatasi sampai 100 saja.
Secara keseluruhan fasilitas dan pelayanan vaksin disini cukup baik. Antrean ditentukan dengan nomor, kuota tidak memaksa sehingga tidak terlalu penuh, petugas ada 6 masing-masing 2 petugas per-loket (screening, pendataan dan petugas suntik) dan aktif semua.
Namun, untuk informasi alur kegiatannya kurang jelas. Nomor antrean dipegang oleh satpam (posisi di area parkir), untuk yang baru pertama kali kesini jadi harus bolak-balik keluar-masuk, syukurlah masih kebagian nomor antre (96 dari 100). Sepertinya semua antrian baik poli umum, gigi dan vaksin dipegang satpam. Saran, mungkin petugasnya bisa stand by di pos jaga satpam saja sehingga beliau bisa langsung tanyakan keperluan pengunjung yang melewati pintu masuk.
Untuk yang berencana vaksinasi disini datang lebih pagi sangat dianjurkan. Saya datang jam 7 dapat antrian nomor 96, mungkin antriannya sudah buka di jam 6 atau lebih pagi. Jika rumah Anda dekat, mungkin bisa ambil antrian terlebih dahulu lalu pulang lagi karena giat vaksin baru dimulai jam 8-an. Gdluck!
Visited this health center in order to vaccinate covid-19 for children. Vaccination is not carried out every day, there is a separate schedule, namely Saturday and Tuesday. Quota per day is limited to 100 only.
Overall, the vaccine facilities and services here are quite good. The queue is determined by number, the quota is not forced so it is not too full, there are 6 officers each 2 officers per-counter (screening, data collection and injection officers) and all active.
However, the information on the flow of activities is less clear. The queue number is held by a security guard (position in the parking area), for those who are coming here for the first time so you have to go back and forth, thank God you still get a queue number (96 out of 100). It seems that all queues for public poly, dental and vaccines are held by security guards. Suggestion, maybe the officer can just stand by at the security guard post so he can directly ask the needs of visitors who pass through the entrance.
For those who plan to vaccinate here, coming early is highly recommended. I came at 7 and got queue number 96, maybe the queue was already open at 6 or more in the morning. If your house is close, maybe you can take a queue first and then go home again because the new vaccine starts at 8 am. Gdluck!
