★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yang diberikan ketika saya memohon surat keterangan sehat di sini, kurang memuaskan. Petugas yang melayani kurang ramah. Selain itu, ada biaya parkir yang dikenakan untuk kendaraan yang singgah ke sini. Akan tetapi, meski kurang memuaskan, pelayanan bagi pasien rawat jalan memuaskan. Karena mereka menyediakan fasilitas bagi para pemilik kartu BPJS. Tentu karena ini merupakan fasilitas yang dikelola di bawah pemerintahan daerah. Selain itu, bagi para pasien non BPJS, biaya yang dikenakan juga tidak terhitung mahal, untuk sakit rutin bagi pasien, seperti tekanan darah rendah, luka ringan yang membutuhkan penanganan pertama, dll. Puskesmas ini juga menyediakan rawat inap bagi pasien, meski jumlah kamar yang disediakan terbatas.
Di atas semua kekurangan dan kelebihan itu, saya menilai fasilitas puskesmas yang berada di tengah-tengah kecamatan dan di antara area persawahan ini sangat membantu warga sekitar untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai.

Of course, because this is a facility that is managed under regional government. In addition, for non-BPJS patients, the fees charged are also not expensive, for routine illnesses for patients, such as low blood pressure, minor injuries that require first treatment, etc. This Puskesmas also provides inpatient care for patients, although the number of rooms provided is limited.
On top of all these shortcomings and strengths, I think that the puskesmas facility located in the middle of the sub-district and between the rice fields is very helpful for local residents to get adequate health services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk tempatnya sih masih lumayan Bagus bangunan baru, tapi untuk keramahan petugasnya kurang apalagi dibagian pendaftaran mohon untuk diperhatikan lagi pelayanan yang 5S!!! padahal untuk fasilitas dan yang lainnya sudah Bagus tapi dibagian pendaftaran yang harus dioptimalkan lagi karena terlihat masih kurang optimal jadi antrinya terlalu lama dibagian pendaftaran sebenarnya kalau mau maksimal lagi bisa lebih cepat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan. Hari ini Rabu, 15 Des 2021. Sy datang mngantar kakak sy utk minta surat rujukan berobat mata ke RS. Datang jam 8.30an, di pndftaran SDH kacau Krn blm ada ptgs pndmping di mesin no antrian BPJS. Bnyk yg TDK paham. Stlh antri, dan diperiksa, kami suruh nunggu lgi utk surat rujukannya. Sejam blm dipanggil kakak sy masuk dan tanya, "tunggu saja, nti juga dipanggil" kata ptgs. Kami pun nunggu, sejam, 2 jam lebih sampe pasien hbis, nama kakak sy blm juga dipanggil. Stlh kmi msuk menanyakan, apa jawab ptgs ? LUPA DAN TERLEWAAAATTT..!! Astagfirullah... Surat Segede HVS bisa tak terlihat dan terlewat? Mhon manajemen Puskesmas ditingkatkan. Entah pasiengratis entah pasien bayar, anda krja di sini toh di gaji. Klu pun pasien gratis, itu dibayar pakai apbd/APBN, dari duit rakyat , duit kami jga. SDH bnyk ulasan kurang baik kok kyknya GK ada perubahan.

Came at 8.30, the SDH registration was chaotic because there wasn't any ptgs pndmping at the BPJS queue no. Many don't understand. After queuing, and checking, we were told to wait again for the reference letter. An hour has not been called, my brother came in and asked, "Just wait, I'll be called later" said PTGS. We also waited, an hour, more than 2 hours until the patient was finished, my brother's name had not been called yet. After we entered the question, what did ptgs answer? FORGET AND WAIT..!! Astagfirullah... A letter as big as HVS can't be seen and missed? Please improve the management of the Puskesmas. Whether the patient is free or the patient pays, you work here for a salary. Even if the patient is free, it is paid for using the state budget, from the people's money, our money too. SDH has a lot of bad reviews, how come it seems GK has changed.

Saat dicek tekanan darah, ceritanya sya mau memberi informasi kalau tekanan darah sebelum berangkat dg yg dipuskesmas selisih jauh. Sya berharap beliau mau menerima dan dicek sekali lagi. Tetapi beliau dengan ketus menjawab pertanyaan2 saya. Yah nada bicaranya sombong menyebalkan ga mau disalahkan, padahal sy ga menyalahkan,
Speaker memanggil no antrian terlalu kencang sehingga mengganggu jalannya pelayanan.
Karena dokter pakai masker, suara jd agak lebih kecil. Mohon evaluasinya demi kenyamanan.
