★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nggak ada yang namanya etika melayani dengan sopan. Saya tau nakesnya terbatas tapi ya kalau melayani nggak usah pakai marah marah dong. Pasien bingung malah dimarahin bukannya dikasih petunjuk. Nomor antrian juga nggak ditata dengan baik. Nggak sesuai nomor antrian.
There is no such thing as a polite service ethic. I know the health workers are limited, but if you serve, you don't have to be angry. The patient is confused and even scolded instead of given instructions. Queue numbers are also not well laid out. Does not match the queue number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lama... petugas ada yg ga disiplin.. masa pasien udah banyak, udah lama nunggu... tp kunci farmasi dll dibawa salah satu petugas yg belum datang dan posisi masih di logandeng. Bagaimana ini... ? Ga disiplin !
